Updated URL for your portal

In March 2022, we changed the URL for your employer portal to customers.myrailpen.com as part of our rebrand from RPMI to Railpen.

To access the employer portal, you should now use customers.myrailpen.com. If you have the previous URL bookmarked, we recommend you delete it and replace it with the new link. The old URL will redirect you to the new URL for the time being but will be discontinued imminently.

The URL for our FTP file upload service also changed in March. The new URL is sftp://fileupload.myrailpen.com. Again, you should save the new URL so you can easily access the service in future. The previous URL will only redirect you for a limited period of time.
